We deliver across the United States, Canada and the European Union. Here is exactly what to expect from the moment you order to the moment your item arrives.
Where we ship
We ship to the United States, Canada and all 27 member states of the European Union (Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain and Sweden). Deliveries to Alaska, Hawaii and US territories are available on request; email us for a quote before ordering.
Shipping costs and delivery times
Shipping is calculated at checkout from your delivery address and shown before you place your order. Rates are set in US dollars and displayed in the currency you have selected; the free-shipping threshold is $500 or its equivalent in euros or Canadian dollars.

Delivery estimates start from the day your order ships and exclude weekends and public holidays. Freight shipments to remote or island locations may take longer.
Processing time
In-stock orders leave the warehouse within 1–3 business days. If an item is back-ordered or built to order we will tell you within 2 business days with an expected ship date, and you may cancel for a full refund at any time before it ships.
Freight delivery for large items
Fireplaces, stoves, inserts and fire pit tables ship by freight carrier on a pallet and are delivered curbside with a liftgate. The carrier will call or email to schedule a delivery appointment. Please inspect the packaging before signing the delivery receipt and note any visible damage on it; this protects your right to a replacement.
Duties, taxes and import fees
Orders shipped to the United States are not charged sales tax at checkout unless shown. Orders shipped to Canada and the European Union may be subject to import duties, customs brokerage fees and VAT/GST, which are not included in our prices or shipping charges unless they are itemised at checkout. These amounts are set by your country and are collected by the carrier before delivery. The recipient is the importer of record.
Tracking your order
You will receive an email with tracking details as soon as your order ships. You can also follow your order from the Order Status page.
Damaged, lost or missing items
If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, email us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the packaging and the item. We will arrange a replacement, the missing part or a full refund including shipping at no cost to you. Shipments that are lost in transit are replaced or refunded in full once the carrier confirms the loss.
Address changes and undeliverable shipments
Contact us within 24 hours of ordering if you need to change your delivery address. Shipments that are refused, undeliverable or returned because of an incorrect address are treated as a return under our Returns & Refunds Policy, and the outbound and return shipping costs are deducted from the refund.
